Anna Lucia Pinto is the project manager of the ERC project "States, Nationalism, and the Relationship between Ethnic Diversity and Public Goods Provision (ETHNICGOODS)", lead by Matthias vom Hau. She contributes the overall coordination of the tasks required to meet the project goals.

Anna Lucia Pinto is a passionate gender and diversity expert with 15+ years of experience. She holds an M.A. in Development Economics and International Cooperation, and post-graduate studies in Development Management. Anna Lucia has led international programs and EU-funded projects across Europe and the Mediterranean, Africa, the Caribbean, and Latin America, focusing on social inclusion, education, arts and culture, the eradication of gender-based violence, women, girls, and LGBTI rights, as well as community participation. She provides technical assistance on project design and management and facilitates training and participatory workshops, all with a keen focus on gender mainstreaming, diversity, and inclusion.
