Holds a Degree in Political Science by the Universitat Pompeu Fabra (2010) and EU Erasmus Programme at the Institut d'études politiques de Toulouse (2009-2010).

Blanca is responsible for the Academic Office, which coordinates the management of IBEI's official Master's degrees. The office is in charge of all processes related to teaching (e.g. enrolment, academic transcripts, academic calendar, academic regulations, issuance of official diplomas and teaching software management, organization of workshops, and other academic activities). It participates in the management and coordination of the internship programme. Moreover, it also deals with students and teaching staff support.
