Application Process
- Fill in the Application form
- Receive university nomination from IBEI
- Officially accept nomination
- IBEI officially nominates you to host university
- Host university officially accepts or declines nomination

ERASMUS+ grant
The first 70% of your Erasmus+ grant will be awarded once you have submitted documents 1 to 5.
The remaining 30% of your grant will be recalculated according to the actual dates of stay at the host university. You will receive it after submitting points 6 to 8 and confirming that you have met IBEI’s exchange regulations.
Students who fail to meet IBEI’s internal regulations may need to return the grant awarded.
Language requirements
Some universities have special language requirements, and you may need to provide proof of language proficiency by the time of application. This information will be shared with students after the yearly info session on the exchange programme.
