Project Management

Eva Fortes is the project manager of the ERC project "States, Nationalism, and the Relationship between Ethnic Diversity and Public Goods Provision (ETHNICGOODS)", lead by Matthias vom Hau and financed by the European Commission. The founding director of EU projects consultancy firm Project Arc, Eva has a strong background in project management, proposal writing, and impact evaluation, particularly for multi-partner European projects with a focus on minorities. Her clients include the Spanish Intercultural Cities Network (RECI), the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and Eurocities, among others.

Eva is preparing to defend her PhD in Political and Social Sciences at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where she specialized in migration and migrant integration policy, quality of life, city-level policies, and the capabilities approach. She holds a bachelor’s degree in comparative literature and linguistics from Columbia University and a master’s degree in political philosophy from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Previously, Eva was a ”la Caixa” Foundation fellow at IBEI through the PhD fellowship programme INPhINIT.

Research projects
