The Virtual Campus is the tool that will allow you to access each of the courses in which you have been enrolled. Moreover, most of the coursework that will help you follow the subjects is posted onto the Virtual Campus. You will also find material related to the different courses such as exercises, practical lessons, debates, questionnaires or compulsory bibliography. You will also be able to contact other students and instructors through the Virtual Campus.

Moreover, IBEI has a Virtual Academic Office. Here you can do the autoregistration, and take different steps such as consulting your academic record and requesting some certificates, as well as checking your personalized timetable and the final grades of your courses.

At the beginning of the course, you will be given two users' guide together with your username and password in order to access both the Virtual Campus and the Virtual Academic Office.

On the other hand, from the start of the course you will be provided with your own IBEI email inbox provided by Gmail. The address (name'sfirstlettersurname@student.ibei.org) and password will be delivered to you at the beginning of the course.

All communications between the IBEI and the students will be done through this email address. For this reason, it is very important that you keep it and check it daily. As IBEI students you will have your email account and be able to use it while you are IBEI students. You will be notified in advance when your subscription will be about to expire.

All the Google Workspace package will be available for IBEI Students. This mainly includes Gmail, the cloud space Google Drive and the office tools which it incorporates.
