Biography
Caglar Acikyldiz is a PhD candidate in the program of Political and Social Sciences at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra, under the supervision of Dr. Miriam Bradley. He obtained a predoctoral contract (FI) from the Catalan Agency for Management of University and Research Grants (AGAUR). His PhD Dissertation focuses on the use of biometric technology in humanitarian response. Caglar holds a BA in International Relations from Atılım University (Turkey) and a MA in International Relations from Hacettepe University (Turkey). Professionally, he previously worked as a Research/Teaching Assistant at Kultur University (Turkey) for three years.
