Dr Varvastian, a Lecturer in Law at Cardiff University, specialises in climate change law, environmental human rights, and planetary justice.

The webinar will feature Prof. Sara Seck as a discussant. A Professor of Law and Associate Dean at Dalhousie University, Professor Seck is the Yogis and Keddy Chair in Human Rights Law and a Professor of Law at Dalhousie University, where she also serves as the Director of the Marine & Environmental Law Institute. An internationally recognised expert in environmental law, business and human rights and sustainability, Professor Seck will enrich the conversation by exploring the legal and ethical dimensions of planetary crises, corporate responsibility, and the role of human rights in environmental governance.
