Applications will be evaluated in the selection process by the Winter School coordinators. Candidates will be informed of the outcome of the selection procedure in a short period. A document will be attached to our response with payment information (using IBEI online credit card system or a transfer to IBEI bank account). Registration to the winter school will be fully confirmed after receiving payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a registered participant chooses to withdraw from the programme, they should contact IBEI to inform us. Withdrawals are eligible for a partial refund in line with these criteria:

• Before Tuesday 11 February 2020: 75% of tuition fees
• From Tuesday 11 February to Monday 17 February 2020: 50% of tuition fees 
• After Monday 17 February 2020: No refund 
• Only due to exceptional circumstances such as illness or denial of visa, the refund could be 100% of the tuition fees.
