In July 2019, the first edition of the Science and Technology Diplomacy Summer School was held in Barcelona. Jointly organized by SciTech DiploHub and IBEI, the School was attended by 35 heads of international relations, chief science officers and senior advisors for foreign affairs of research centers, higher education institutions, governments and public agencies from over 15 countries.
