Sherzod Shadikhodjaev is a Professor at Korea Development Institute (KDI) School of Public Policy and Management. He obtained his PhD in Law from Korea University. Previously, he worked for Korea Institute for International Economic Policy as a research fellow. He has done extensive academic and policy research in international economic law. He is the author of the books Industrial Policy and the World Trade Organization: Between Legal Constraints and Flexibilities (Cambridge University Press, 2018) and Retaliation in the WTO Dispute Settlement System (Kluwer Law International, 2009). His articles were published in leading journals, such as American Journal of International Law, Journal of International Economic Law, World Trade Review, Journal of World Trade among others.
