The Autumn School has a standard price of €350 for all participants. Your registration will be complete once the payment has been confirmed. Once accepted, a document will be attached to our response with payment information (using IBEI online credit card system or a transfer to IBEI bank account).
Registration to the Autumn School will be fully confirmed after receiving payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If a registered participant chooses to withdraw from the program, it should contact IBEI to communicate the decision. Withdrawals are eligible for a partial refund in line with these criteria:
- Before Monday 8 October 2018: 75% of tuition fees
- From Monday 8 June to Monday 15 October 2018: 50% of tuition fees
- From Tuesday 16 October 2018: No refund
- Only due to exceptional circumstances such as illness or denial of visa, the refund could be 100% of the tuition fees
In the unlikely event that the Autumn School is cancelled, participants registered will be refunded of their tuition fees. Registered participants will be informed as early as possible if there is a risk of cancellation. In any case, IBEI is not able to refund the cost of flights, accommodation, visas or other items.
