Biography
Tihomir Tsenkulovski is a Ph.D. candidate in Organization Studies and Cultural Theory at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and an Adjunct Professor at the Instituto de Empresa School of Global and Public Affairs (Madrid) teaching a course on "Global governance and international institutions". His Ph.D. inquiry is concerned with international norm dynamics and creative city making – how the discourse on the role of cultural and creative industries for sustainable urban development is translated into local practices in Brazil and Argentina in the context of the UNESCO Creative Cities network. He holds a Master's degree in Law and Diplomacy at the Fletcher School, Tufts University and a second Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy of the European Union from the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium.
